As we continue to grow, our vision includes expanding our offerings to encompass employment investigations, internal personnel inquiries, and reviews of use of force incidents for small policing agencies. Building Stronger Police-Community Relations
Background in Industry
With nearly 26 years of experience in Law Enforcement, including 16 years as a supervisor in both the Patrol and Criminal Divisions, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Fisher Consulting Group. Throughout my career, I have held various administrative and leadership roles that have shaped my professional journey.
As the Drug Enforcement Section program Sergeant, past President, and Executive Director of the Oregon Narcotics Enforcement Association, I have demonstrated my commitment to advancing the field of law enforcement and promoting best practices. Additionally, serving as the Task Force Commander of the Lane County Interagency Narcotics Enforcement Team has honed my leadership skills and strategic decision-making abilities.
In my role as a Sergeant First Class in the Major Crimes Section, I oversaw detectives across four counties, providing crucial support and guidance for complex investigations involving serious crimes such as physical and sexual assault, homicide, child abuse, public official misconduct, and officer-involved shootings. My experience extends to budget management, policy development, and implementation, as well as legislative bill review and internal personnel investigations.
Having led the Lane County Interagency Narcotics Enforcement Team, I have developed strong skills in investigations, evidence collection and analysis, covert operations, surveillance, and fostering collaboration among multiple agencies. My background in budget management, policy evaluation, and personnel development underscores my commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in law enforcement practices.
With a proven track record of success in various leadership capacities, I am dedicated to leveraging my experience to enhance the services offered by Fisher Consulting Group and contribute to the advancement of law enforcement standards and practices.
